I'm Chad Mowry and I'm the "C" of TCN Music. A few years ago, my step-dad Thom asked me if I would be interested
in working with him in a business he was "thinking" of starting. Once he told me what it was, I debated for all
of thirty seconds before telling him I would be thrilled to help start up a DJ service. Now that Thom and I have decided
to work together, we are able to provide a high quality, entertaining, and enjoyable DJ service for folks in Butler
County (and beyond). Oh, and we get to have a heckuva a good time while we are at it!
I was born in Butler, PA and I spent the early years of my life here. My family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico way back when (I think it was in the early 1980s). Several years later, my Mom and Thom got married and then, about a year after that, we packed everything up and moved to Charleston, South Carolina.
Three years later, we were packing again, this time to return to my home town, Butler. Since being back here, I have been amazed at just how quickly time passes and how much things change.
I grew up here, married a very wonderful woman, and, we just welcomed a new addition to our family! (Her name is Emerson and she is a doll... Okay, I'm her Dad, so I might be just a bit biased!)
I love music and I enjoy creating a special atmosphere for someone's special day. I hope you give us the chance to do that for you!
Hi! My name is Nate Hilliard and I am the "N" of TCN Music. I am in the Army right now (Fort Bliss), so you can call me PFC (Private First Class) Hilliard! My Dad is enlisting different people to fill in for me while I am gone. (I'm not sure who is helping out right now!)
I am the youngest member of the group and I was born in Charleston, South Carolina. We moved to Butler, Pennsylvania when I was about a year and a half, almost two years old.
I graduated from Butler Senior High School in the summer of 2006. While at Butler HS, I spent four years in the JROTC program. Usually, I spend a TON of time on the computer, chatting with my friends and, yes, listening to music. (I like a lot of different kinds of music. My Mom got me started on Country and Western. My Dad LOVES Oldies and, between my big brother Chad and big sister Diane, I've acquired a taste for lots of other kinds of music.) Right now, though, the Army occupies most of my time!
It is going to be a while before I get back and can start working with my Dad and Chad again. So, until then, my "substitutes" will have to take on my old job - which will mainly involve carrying the equipment into buildings where we are working, setting it up, then taking it down, and then carrying it back out (heavy duty!).
When I get back, I hope I get the chance to do some DJ work. Until then, I know my Dad, Chad, and the entire TCN Music staff
will be doing all that they can to make your event something REALLY special!!
